Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the unopened boxes to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the unopened lens boxes in their original packaging or a sturdy mailer to ensure they are not crushed or damaged during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies that the seals are intact, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
